NoiseHush Nx26 Stereo Headphones Review
Note: The NoiseHush Nx26 Stereo Headphones were sent to me by the fine folks over at Wireless Ground.
The NoiseHush Nx26 Stereo Headphones are, simply put, awesome. The sound quality is impeccable – I have $250 Beats headphones, and I could barely tell the difference! These headphones are supposed to deepen the bass of your music, and I did notice that, but it isn’t one of the key things that made the NoiseHush Nx26 Stereo Headphones amazing.

The Nx26 is equipped with an in-line microphone with an external noise filter. I took a couple of calls while wearing these, and the person I was talking to couldn’t tell that I wasn’t just using my phone normally – it was that good. The in-line controls, which house the microphone, are satisfactory. You can switch easily between taking calls and listening to music, you can pause a song or go to the next one, but I am still mourning the fact that, like the last pair of NoiseHush earbuds I reviewed, you can’t change the volume. But, alas, it’s a small complaint in a forest of impressing features.
The NoiseHush Nx26 Stereo Headphones are also great because they’re basically compatible with anything that has a headphone jack. The jack is 3.5mm, so it works with just about everything.
The thing that impressed me the most about the Nx26 Headphones was their ability to filter out noise. Their Over-The-Ear Design works well – ridiculously well. My beats don’t block half the noise that these headphones did – it was great! I don’t have to ignore anyone ever again, since I actually couldn’t hear them. It helps to turn the music up loud, these headphones get very high output, but the noise is canceled pretty well even if you’re listening on a lower volume.
The NoiseHush Nx26 headphones would make a wonderful Christmas gift for anyone who needs a new pair of headphones or would like an upgrade from their generic iPod buds. While they’re usually $80, Wireless Ground is selling them online for $75, so you can save yourself a couple of bucks. I would really recommend these headphones – they were comparable to my much more expensive pair in terms of sound quality, and cost less than a third of the price.
