The tiny piece of land in the middle of the ocean that is called Niue will soon be offering to sell legal Star Wars silver coins!  The disappointing part is that while each coin is worth 2 New Zealand dollars, each set of four will be selling for $395 U.S.  So, basically, you’re paying for the novelty of the items.  Or, like me, not paying at all because I spent all of my money on a propeller hat.  ”If you’re broke, how did this Audi get into your garage?”  This isn’t my house, remember?  Look – they have cold pizza!

 

 

 

 

These are just four of the 8 coins going on sale, the bottom two from the Vader set and the top two from the Millenium Falcon set.  They’re both cool, but I’d rather buy 395 Tootsie rolls and eat them all at once make a giant chocolate bouncy ball of destruction.  On a more professional note, why can’t America be this cool?  I DON’T CARE THAT WE HAVE PENNIES WITH ABE LINCOLN SITTING ON A LOG, I WANT STAR TREK QUARTERS.  Although I can’t deny that Abe Lincoln was, and is, a beast.  I know few people who have a giant statue of themselves sitting in Washington D.C.
