The SpeedUp TV app, for the iPhone, iPad, and iTouch, was developed by Chun-koo Park and can change the speed of your videos.  You can watch an MP3 or other video file anywhere from a speed of 1FPS to a blazing 2x the original speed.  (Okay, not blazing, but it’s faster than the original.)  SpeedUp TV has cool features and a wide range of uses that make it worth $2.99.

 

 

 

 

 

With SpeedUp TV, you can just be a silly goof and watch horses sneeze on people in slow motion.  (Good times, good times.)  Or, you can watch that watermelon shot from a catapult smash into your arch rival frame by frame with the F+ and F- buttons.  Conversely, you could decide not to be a sadistic freak and use SpeedUp TV to learn a language or perfect something like a golf swing.  This cool application also lets you bookmark certain frames within a video, so you can get back to a particular part of the video without any trouble.

As far as the sources your video can come from – you can get your videos from documents or your device’s photo album.  This is an easy-to-use application as long as you know that the bottom left slider is volume control and the bottom right slider is the speed control.
