Syma S022 Big Army Chinook RC Helicopter: It’s Gigantic!

Anyone who reads my blog knows that I love tiny things.  Walkie Bits, Hexbugs, etc.  The Syma S022 Big Army Chinook RC Helicopter, as its name implies, is not small at all.  In fact, it is very tall, and might do some serious damage if you fly it head on into a wall.  (Don’t worry, the helicopter is relatively easy to fly; I just wanted to rhyme.)  Ironically, one of the reasons I like this RC copter is because of its large size.

It’s Still Gigantic!

Standing seven inches tall and 18 inches wide, the Syma S022 Big Army Chinook RC Copter is GIGANTIC!  Not that you would have enough room to do this sort of thing inside, but this device does come with a three-channel remote so you and your friends can fly three at the same time and pretend you’re on some kind of secret army mission.

Hover Ability

Another really cool thing about this RC toy is that it has the ability to hover in one spot, something that all RC helicopters will claim and few will actually do.

Wall Charger

It’s one of the only RC helicopters I know that actually charges from the wall instead of from the controller.  The radio control requires batteries, and this awesome toy costs around $75, but eBay has some really good deals around $50.
