Binary Watch: NEO 8 Mens Watch by Lexon
The NEO 8 Watch for Men, manufactured by Lexon Watches, is similar to the famous Tokyo Flash watches in that it has a unique way of telling time. Also, the design gives it a retro feel that you don’t get from many other watches. Oh yeah – don’t forget the huge price tag!
NEO 8 Watch Price and Available Colors
The NEO 8 LED binary watch can be found online for about 120 dollars. It comes in three different colors: green, red, and white. Note that the colors listed are not the color of the watch, but the color of the small cubes that are used to tell time. (How to tell time on this thing is explained later.) I personally prefer the white because the background and the edge of the watch are both black, so it is more aesthetically appealing.
How to Tell Time on a Binary Watch
So. Telling the time. You’re walking in the mall, just chilling out, when a group of women come up to you and ask you for the time. This is it. Your big chance. You, all the while looking extremely cool, bring up your hand and look at the watch. You make sure they notice that it’s not just any watch. Maybe pretend to push some buttons or talk to it or something… improvise. You give them the time in a smooth and comfortable voice that says, “I have enough money to spend 150 bucks on this watch that I don’t need” and then they all ask you out.
How can you accomplish this amazing task? Don’t tell any of your friends, but it’s really easy. That is, if you can count. Which I’m assuming that you can. Just look at the left column to determine the hours, and look at the right column to tell the minutes (tens and ones). It’s that simple! Don’t pass up this amazing chance at fame and fortune.
NEO 8 Mens Watch Has a Waterproof Strap
The NEO 8 Watch comes with a rubber strap, which further enhances the retro look. So next time you want to buy a watch, look no further than the NEO 8. Unless you don’t have the money. Then I guess you’ll just have to settle for a reasonably priced watch. Psshh.
