Robot Koi Carp by Hiroshima
Hiroshima has developed their fifth robot fish! The robot koi carp (sazan).
WHAT CAN IT DO?
This robot koi has fluid tail movement and is remote controlled. This robot carp is the same as a koi carp except that it, the robot, can rotate in place and swim backwards while a koi can't.
WHO WILL BUY IT?
This is a pretty cool innovation, but where is it gonna come in handy? It's not like they're gonna hire people to remote control fake fish in a pond outside a mall everyday. Well, I guess you never know. Maybe they'll make an autonomous version. Maybe batteries are cheaper than fish food. Check out the pic.
MORE ROBOT FISH
By the way, as a lover of the Robot Koi, you'll appreciate another awesome robotic fish demonstrated at the London Aquarium.

further detaled expalanation about the design please???
Anu – The koi robot is 80 cm (31 inches) long and weighs 12kg (26 lbs.). The fish is equipped to analyze water quality, take pictures with a CCD camera, and is designed by Ryomei Engineering – a subsidiary of Mitsubishi Industries. Thanks for asking! J-Man
