The Apple app Payback is overpriced for what it is.  I feel it to be a bad GTA imitation that has bad graphics and difficult to use shooting controls.  The driving is okay, and story mode is sort of cool.  I give it a 3 in content, and a 1 on price because it was five dollars.  2 stars for this app.
